	EDUCATION SECTOR The Education Sector includes a range of organizations of varying size. Kaizen Synergy covers organisations involved from Pre-School, Private and Public Schools through to TAFEs, Universities and other Adult learning centres.
	ENERGY SECTOR The Energy Sector comprises of organizations whose businesses are dominated by either of the following activities. These activities include: the construction or provision of oil rigs, drilling equipment and other energy related service and equipment, including seismic data collection; or, companies engaged in the exploration, production, marketing, refining and/or transportation of oil and gas products, coal and other consumable fuels.
	HEALTH CARE SECTOR The Health Care Sector is diverse and Kaizen Synergy provides management services to three main industry groups. The first group includes primary health care organisations and organizations that recieve Commonwealth and/or State funding including: 1) Community Health Centres 2) Acute Sector and 3) Divisions and Networks of General Practice. The second group includes private companies who manufacture health care equipment and supplies or provides health care related services. This group also includes owners and operators of health care products, providers of basic health-care services, and owners and operators of health care facilities and organizations. The third group includes companies primarily involved in the research, development, production and marketing of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology products.
	INDUSTRIAL SECTOR Industrials Sector includes companies whose businesses are dominated by one of the following activities: the manufacture and distribution of capital goods, including aerospace & defense, construction, engineering & building products, electrical equipment and industrial machinery; or, the provision of commercial services and supplies, including printing, employment, environmental and office services; or, the provision of transportation services, including airlines, couriers, marine, road & rail and transportation infrastructure.
	LOCAL GOVERNMENT Kaizen Synergy provides diverse range of services to enable local governments to deliver world-class responsive and accountable local government services. Further, Kaizen Synergy can be called upon to guide best practice and ensure continuous development in local governance and local government service delivery to all Victorian communities.
	MATERIAL SECTOR Materials Sector encompasses a wide range of commodity-related manufacturing industries. Included in this sector are companies that manufacture chemicals, construction materials, glass, paper, forest products and related packaging products, and metals, minerals and mining companies, including producers of steel.
	UTILITIES Utilities Sector encompasses those companies considered to be electric, gas or water utilities, or companies that operate as independent producers and/or distributors of power.
