Kaizen Synergy College
sets a high bar for its college training programs, and high expectations for partcipants. Our programs demand a great deal from both the College faculty members who create and deliver the courses and the students who take them.

There are a wide variety of programs. These programs are designed with specific requirements of each sector. Consequently students are able to take their learnings from the classroom and implement them into their day-to-day activities within their own organisation. We encourage applications from staff at all levels of your organisation including volunteers across through to the Chairperson of your Board and of course everyone in between. 

Often organisations will recommend their staff undertake specific training programs.  These include training programs for emerging managers for leadership development.  Once accepted staff are immersed in a training program that will challenge their assumptions, and introduce them to new and unexpected ways of thinking.  
By participating, staff will prepare for the next steps in their careers and create on-going networks in their classes and among their peers.  Most important, they will return to their organizations with fresh ideas, new business skills, and a greater capacity for addressing the challenges their organisation will face.
Participants can expect a carefully integrated mix of lectures, presentations, business simulations, small group discussions, and the hallmark KSC case-study method.
