The Provost is the College's chief academic officer and reports to the General Counsel of Kaizen Synergy. The Provost of Kaizen Synergy College, is responsible for setting the College's academic strategy and priorities, working closely with the heads of the schools, and identifying and cultivating interdisciplinary areas of excellence and collaboration within and between schools.

The Provost's Office oversees academic appointments, promotions, tenure, and faculty affairs; develops and maintains the academic infrastructure of the library and information technologies at Kaizen Synergy College; guides academic planning and research support; and coordinates student programs and campus life.
